I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist professionally trained by the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION). I have a proven track record and wealth of experience in continual practice since completing ION’s renowned Nutritional Therapy Diploma Course, with distinction, in 2003. 

The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine

I am fully insured and a member of The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) www.bant.org.uk. BANT is the professional body for Registered Nutritional Therapists.

All BANT members are fully trained to understand the theory of nutritional therapy and accomplish skill in clinical practice

Registered Nutrigenomic Counsellor

I have undergone additional training and assessment in Nutrigenomics from a Functional Medicine Perspective, graduating from Genesnippers in January 2017, which the Nutritional Therapy Education Commission accredits.

I am also registered as a Nutrigenomic Counsellor (NgC) with BANT.

Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council

I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). CNHC is the national voluntary regulator for qualified complementary healthcare practitioners.

The Professional Standards Authority approves this accredited register, an independent government-appointed body. All practitioners on the CNHC register meet the national standards of practice in their work and abide by a Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

I have also served as a profession-specific board member for the CNHC, representing the nutritional therapy industry and providing advice on policy development.
